Can my employer see that I'm on Datum?
No. Your current employer is always blocked, no company sees your profile until you show interest in its role, and notifications never name a company or role on your lock screen.
How do I cancel my membership?
Membership is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You stay a member until the end of the month you paid for.
How do I cancel a company subscription?
An Admin can cancel in Company → Billing. Roles stay live until the end of the paid month.
I was asked to confirm a project or reference
Open the link in the email from Datum. You don't need an account. If the link has expired, ask the person who named you to send it again.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app: Privacy & account → Download my data. A link is emailed to your personal address within 24 hours.
