These terms are between your company and Verify Your Builder Pty Ltd (ACN 687 611 123) as trustee for S&P Capital Investments (ABN 86 643 391 894), trading as Datum Careers. They apply in addition to the Terms of Use to every company account and every member of its team.

Your company must be verified (ABN check and Datum approval) before posting.

Subscription is $90 a month + GST, month to month. Cancel anytime. Launching roles and hiring are free.

Candidate details are for the role the candidate showed interest in only. You must not export, copy into other systems, or share them.

Access to a candidate's profile ends 30 days after their application closes, unless you hire them.

Roles must be real, accurately described and free of discriminatory wording.

Datum is not a party to any employment or contract.
Verification
Your company must be verified before posting: an ABN check, checks of your website and details, and approval by Datum. Datum may ask for more information or decline an application, and will tell you why.
Subscription
The subscription is $90 a month + GST, month to month, billed by Stripe. Launching roles and hiring are free.
Cancel any time in Company → Billing. Roles stay live until the end of the month you paid for. If a payment fails your roles stay live while you update the card; if the subscription ends, live roles pause.

Candidate information
Candidate details are for the role the candidate showed interest in only. You must not export them, copy them into other systems, or share them, except as needed to hire that candidate.
Access to a candidate's profile ends 30 days after their application closes, unless you hire them.
You must not try to find out who a candidate is before they show interest, or who wrote a review.
You must handle candidate information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Roles
Roles must be real, current, accurately described and free of discriminatory wording. Datum AI checks the wording before launch.
Datum may take down a role that breaks these terms, for example after a report, and will tell you why.
Your team
Admins manage the team and billing; Hiring managers run roles. You are responsible for what your team does on Datum, and must remove people who leave.
Hiring documents
Letters of offer and contracts you upload are signed in the app with a drawn signature and an audit record. Download your copy: Datum deletes its copy if the candidate deletes their account.
Datum's role
Datum is not a party to any employment or contract, and does not check the terms of an offer or contract you send.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of [State or Territory, to confirm], Australia. Nothing in them excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
